Steps to Install WordPress for the First Time

When I create a WordPress theme, I typically create it from a hosting account that uses a cPanel interface, but you can do it from any other hosting platform as well. Some of them create their own proprietary control panel to make installation 'simpler' for the basic or beginner user.
