Set up a YouTube Channel

Go to YouTube.com - look in the upper right corner of the window.  Do you see 'Create Account' or are you already logged in?  If you are already logged in and you don't remember doing this, it's because a) you set this up a while ago and forgot or b) you are logged in already with a Google Account.
